Islip's Spencer Nassire won 8-0, over Carmine Esposito (WHB) at 160 pounds.
Westhampton's Dylan Blank edged Nico Fallacaro (Islip), 6-4, at 108 pounds.

Islip's Matt Peterson (33-1) works for his takedown en route to a technical fall in the 116 pound semis. Peterson went onto to win the gold medal and help the host Bucs to a runner-up team finish.
Islip's Cartier Perez defeated KP's TJ Stazzone , 5-0, for the 124-pound title.
Sayville's Javen Taff (31-4) posted a solid 16-5 decision over KP's Chase Renna at 215 pounds.
Kings Park's Kevin Vasquez posted a 15-0 tech fall in the 152-pound finals over Dylan Razzano (WH Beach).
Sayville's Ayden LaBella (36-4) defeated teammate Carmine Catapano, 7-0, in the finals.

Rocky Point's Trevor Barrett posted falls in both the semis and finals. In the 285-title bout, he pinned Amityville's Erick Mejia Zavala.
Top ranked Leo Mongiello (40-1) of Sayville picked up his fall and went onto to win the League VI title at 145 pounds. He led the Golden Flashes to the tournament championship over host Islip.
MAT NOTES:
Suffolk dual meet champion Sachem North and runners-up Connetquot are the dominate teams in League II and will battle for the league title. Both squads should push a lot of wrestlers into the Suffolk County Championships.
Other contenders for league titles will be Bellport, Patchogue-Medford, both Smithtown East and Smithtown West, along with defending Suffolk tournament champions, North Babylon. Other highly-regarded teams that will vie for titles are East Islip, Hauppauge, Islip,Lindenhurst, Longwood and in League VI will be MillerPlace, Rocky Point and dual champions Sayville.
After the semifinals, Sayville (200 points) held a slight lead over Islip (178), Miller Place (124) and Rocky Point (112.5). The host Buccaneers were paced by Nico Fallacaro (108), top-seeded Matthew Peterson (33-4, 70-10 career), who posted a 17-2 tech at 116, Cartier Perez , who has three falls in the 124-pound bracket and Jack Whitehouse (24-8) who applied a tight bar-arm for a 17-2 tech fall at 138. Also advancing to the finals were the Nassire brothers; Spencer (160) and Aiden at 190 pounds. Both brothers won titles, Spencer, a 8-0 shutout and Aiden pinned Andrew Lewis (WHB) in the first period. The Islip squad advanced ten wrestlers to the Suffolk County Championships. Sayville was assured a league champion at 101 pounds, as top seeded junior Ayden LaBella (36-4) and 8th-grader Carmine Catapano (32-4), both posted tech falls in their respective semifinal bouts. The Golden Flashes crowned four champions, the aforementioned LaBella, state place-winner Leo Mongiello (40-1,181-33 career) who flattened all his opponents in the first period. Mongiello, a F&M commit, also won the Most Pins and MOW Awards. Head coach Gary Pesko and the strong Sayville squad also had titlists, Brett Linehan (138) and all-county performer sophomore Javen Taff (31-4, 93-22), who recorded a 18-1 tech fall in the semifinals and a 16-5 major decision at 215 in the finals. They will send 13 wrestlers to the Suffolk Championships.
Rocky Point had finalists; Tyler Callahan (131), Talen Russell (145), Suffolk's top ranked Aidan Barry (170) and Trevor Barrett at 285 pounds. Both Barry and Barrett won their respective weight classes. Barry pinned Islip's Dylan Smith in the finals.
Also winning the league crown was Westhampton Beach's Dylan Blank who edged Nico Fallacaro (Islip), 6-4, in the 108-pound final.
