    Defending Nassau tournament team champion Wantagh (8-0) defeated Levittown Division, 63-18. The Warriors dominated as they won 11 of the 15 bouts contested and registered nine falls. Reigning state champion Justin Vines (15-0) scored quickly with throw by takedowns and used a snap-back parallel pin at the 1:31 mark in his 138-pound bout. Other standouts for the top-rated Nassau squad were Aidan Araoz (120), Matt Rogers (170), James Langan (182) and state bronze medalist Jonathan Loew (15-0, 197 career wins) who received a forfeit victory in the 220-pound class.

    Levittown Division's JD Moore (11-0) scored with a double leg takedown and posted a first period pin at 160 and Ismael Mudassar edged Gianmarco Damiani, 2-1 OT at 285-pounds.

     Hall-of-Fame coaches Paul Gillespie and Reggie Jones have the Wantagh team ready to defend their county team title and the Warriors are currently ranked 25th in the nation...
